Chef Len Spampinato has been studying culinary arts since the 1980’s when he was trained in classical French and Italian cuisine. Chef Len furthered his experience and education through an Executive Chef Training Program and set out on an international exploration of food, wine and culture. His culinary travels lead him from New York to Los Angeles, Seattle to Dallas, Jamaica to Hawaii and Europe to Brazil.
Chef Len has been a guest chef at The James Beard House for their Annual Awards Dinner and Best Hotel Chef of America Series. He’s presented his culinary designs at some of the greatest American restaurants such as Wolfgang Puck’s Spago in Beverly Hills. Chef Len has been the recipient of several best seafood awards throughout his tenure, been published in several of the top Pittsburgh cultural magazines and aired on WQED’s Hot and Spicy series with Chris Fennimore.
